Open Night – Wednesday 9 September 2020

We are all looking forward to our annual Open Night from 4:30pm to 6:30pm today. Classes will be open for parents to look at their child’s work and share in their learning. There will be fun fete stalls run by Room 1, the P&C will be running a sausage sizzle with burgers and other food available so you can have dinner while you are at school. Eddy Sensei will also be providing her usual taster of Japanese fare – but you will need to be quick as it is VERY popular. Just a reminder that we do need to abide by Covid-19 restrictions and limit the number of adults in a classroom at one time. If you get to a class and it is busy take a walk to find one of our School Board members and provide some feedback for our Business Plan.  There will be three stations set around the school to find out your thoughts on the following questions:

  • What are your aspirations for your children and our school?
    (Collected at a ‘think tank’ using Padlet.com on iPads);
  • What’s working well? What could be strengthened? What else could we do?
    (Collected at a hands on graffiti wall); and
  • What are three things you value about City Beach Primary School?
    (Collected using a QR Code linked to menti.com).
