What a fabulous turn out for our Open Night last night, and a great turn around in the weather to make the afternoon enjoyable and relaxing. It was yet another example of the lovely inclusive nature of our school community as both campuses joined together to showcase learning and our schools’ genuine relationship – a true celebration of our rich diversity.

I am really grateful for our terrific staff and their commitment to ensuring your children participate in a wide range of learning experiences so that each of them become confident, curious and creative learners. It was obvious as I watched kids share their learning with parents last night that they were proud, energetic and enthusiastic about sharing their successes with you.

Thank you to both P&C groups and their band of trusty volunteers, for providing delicious hamburgers and traditional Japanese treats to complement the enterprising genius of our Year 6 students on the night. It certainly had a carnival feel!

Lastly we will be sending out the National School Opinion Survey 2022 to our parent community soon. Last year we had a terrific response from parents and were able to use your feedback to celebrate what we do well, and listen to and act on feedback to continually improve as a school. When it arrives in your inbox please take the time to complete this year’s survey. We want to be able to track our progress and improvement, and we really value your opinions, ideas and feedback.

Thank you for your support of our school – stay safe, kind and fair.
